Engage with relevant areas of our business to assess the effectiveness of our policies and practices on disability and take action, as appropriate, to help recruit and retain disabled employees and serve disabled customers. Performance will be benchmarked externally. Legal & General Employees / Third Sector / Local Communities around our major sites Increase Standards Equality and Diversity Committee
Provide at least 500 Days of employee volunteering   Maintain Standards Group Charity Committee
